The Son's Spot is a time for fellowship and refreshments offered each Sunday from 8:45 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. in Rooms 104 and 105. Please plan to stop by for some coffee, tea, hot chocolate, juice, milk, donuts and assorted baked goods - along with an opportunity to get acquainted with others in the Hiss family. See you there!   The United Methodist Women meets monthly on the 4th Tuesday at Noon in Room 105 on the Lower Level of our North Building for Fellowship and a Program.  Special Dinner-Programs and Missions Studies also occur throughout the year.  UNITS of the United Methodist Women also meet monthly at various times and days.  Contact the Church Office for more information. The United Methodist Men meets on the 4th Monday of each month in the Fellowship Hall of the Center Building for Fellowship, Dinner, and a Program.  All men are welcome to attend.  Contact Al Willis at 410-879-1790 for more information. The United Methodist Youth Fellowship for all youth 7th through 12th grades meets each Sunday evening from 6:30 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. for Recreation followed by lively discussions on issues related to Christian youth today.  The UMYF meets in the Youth room which is located on the 3rd floor of the Education Building. Recreation Ministry plans family fun activities throughout the year.  These are announced through the worship bulletin information sheet and in the monthly newsletter The Spire. The Crafts Group meets weekly on Monday mornings at 9:00 a.m. in Room 104 on Lower Level of the North Building to make items for our yearly Fall Festival. The Crochet Group meets weekly on Wednesday mornings at 10:00 a.m. in Room 104 to make afghans that are given to Local missions for the homeless and to other service agencies.
