Tom A. Skinner is the elected Recording Secretary of IAFF Local 964 in his first term of office that will expire on January 1, 2013. Tom is an twenty year veteran of the Department and Fire Lieutenant of Truck 12 assigned to our Fifth Battalion (410.396.0182), located in North West Baltimore.
